Payment and Delivery

1) You can make a Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to any of our Finansbank and Halk Bankası accounts (TL, USD, EURO).

2) With your credit cards on our site

You can make a single payment for any credit card online. In your online payments, the amount will be withdrawn from your credit card at the end of your order.

3) Delivery

We endeavor to deliver the products you have ordered to cargo between 7-10 working days. You will be informed in case of a possible delay in delivery.

In order to ensure the delivery of the product without delay, please inform the address of your location as the delivery address during the day.

Your requests will be processed to be prepared according to the delivery type you have determined at the end of the order. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be sent by the domestic cargo company. After your orders are approved, they will be delivered to the Cargo company at the end of 7-10 working days at the latest.

4) change

You can exchange the product you purchased on our site within 5 days from the delivery date.

Following this information, the faulty product that you send us with the courier company will be replaced with a new one.

If the ordered product error is caused by customer use or the product has been used within 5 days, the product will not be returned or exchanged.

After sending the product you have requested to change, keep your shipping code that you will receive from the shipping company. If necessary, it can be requested from you.

When you request a change, you will be charged the shipping fee.

After we receive the product, your change process is initiated and completed within 7-10 business days.

If you have requested a product replacement and the product is available, your exchange process will be started immediately. If the product is not available, you will be informed.

5) Payment Tracking

If the system in question cannot perform the transaction due to any problem, our visitor is informed about this at the end of the payment page.

In case of any error at the specified address, a connection is made with the orderer regarding the order that cannot be delivered.

The validity of the e-mail address specified by our visitor is confirmed by automatic e-mail sent after the order is transferred.

We have a responsibility to the bank where we use the credit card system as much as the customer for the delivery.

Please be carefull!

Open and check the packages that you think are damaged during shipment in front of the company representative you received. If you think there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report to the cargo company.

After the product is received, it is accepted that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty completely.

If you carry out these procedures, we will start working on your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
